Had a Yuengling last night for dinner…..SO diet is going well.
HAMBURGERS FOR EVERYONE
I seem to be losing “weight” in my butt. It looked smaller than usual today which is bad. I say “weight” because according to my scale I haven’t actually lost any poundage.

In other news, I feel poopy. Might be caffeine withdrawal as I haven’t had any coffee today. BIG mistake but I forgot.

Losing weight is really hard. Not eating whatever I please is also really hard. Pizza Hut is now my nemesis. I’ve seen like 20 of those new slider commercials and now that’s all I want. A Pizza Hut slider with sausage. And then maybe a bowl of pasta… TORTELLINI. With a side of mac and cheese. extra cheese. and hotdogs cut up in it.
I should stop watching TV. I only bring it on myself.

Suddenly, Paleo
My detox plan is basically the Paleo diet minus the good stuff. So at least now I know I can go Paleo and not die (my soul maybe, but my body will live on. and on. and on).
I found a recipe for pancakes that don’t include the evil 6 (yes, that is actually the term dailburn uses). HOWEVER Maple syrup and honey are both considered sugar and therefore I will just be eating dry mush cakes.
If anybody has any bright ideas….
10 more days of my detox
Week 1- challenge complete
Only 2 more weeks of detox and three more weeks of tactical training! No weight loss yet but I feel much better, lighter, and energized. I finished 2 and a 3/4 of my cabinet doors and made dinner for the week. Turkey meatballs in homemade marinera sauce. Tastes amazing after a week of indian style chicken.
BAM being productive.
ALSO, I accidentally sent a new dress to my old address and I thought I had lost it but the new tenent actually read my note and called me to pick it up. Decent people still exist! Good weekend. I hope Monday goes easy on me.
